Read the passage quickly and think about this question.
How possible is it that climate changed the shape of our noses?
That, Zaidi said, could be because narrower nasal passages help to increase the moisture content of air and warm it, which is easier on our lungs. This, in turn, led to a gradual decrease in nose width in populations living far away from the equator.

Read the passage again and decide if the following statements are true (T) or false (F)
1. Zaidi’s team was the first to study the link between nose shape and climate. (    )
2. Wider noses turn out to be better at adjusting the moisture content of air. (   )
3. Researchers discovered that people with narrower noses are  more common in cold and dry places. (   )

Have you ever wondered ____ everyone‘s nose is a different shape?  Researchers  have  come  up  with  a  ______ explanation for this. A study from Pennsylvania State University in the USA says the Earth’s climate could have  _______ to do with the shape of our nose. The study found that people who have wider noses usually live in warmer, more ______areas. People with narrower noses are more ________ found in colder and drier climates. The nose plays an important role in making ____ the air we ______  reaches our lungs in a warm and moist condition. The width of the nostrils and length of the nose help to
make sure this happens. However, the researcher said when we go to a place with a rather different climate, the shape of our nose may increase the ____ of breathing problems.
