What labels would you give to your mother and father’s generation? What about your own?

Lettuce grown by astronauts (P5)
I. Warming up
What kind of food do you think astronauts eat? Do you think it’s possible for astronauts to eat fresh vegetables?

They ate a space-grown lettuce, both plain and with olive oil and vinegar.

NASA had to make sure that the plants were safe to eat.

The astronauts can grow their food and the spaceships can keep going by themselves, so longer missions will be possible.

They should be positive about life and say things that are positive.
