这是一个带两个定语从句的句子。
第一个是that引导的限定性定语从句；第二个是which引导的非限定性定语从句。
which指代整个主句 。例如：

Despite a track record of success ...
Despite用作介词时，与 in spite of同义，表示“尽管”、“虽然”。
放在句首时，要接词或词组。
如：Despite his old age, he is learning to drive．
虽然年事已高，他现在在学驾驶汽车。
