第二十二条 乘客应当自觉维护车站和列车整洁,爱护公共财物,维护公共秩序,不得在车站(含站台)、列车或其他地铁设施内有以下行为:
  (一)停放车辆、堆放杂物、摆设摊档或者未经许可派发印刷品;
  (二)吸烟、随地吐痰、便溺、乱吐口香糖,乱扔果皮、纸屑等废弃物;
