Introduction to the phenomenon
At some point in life, many people suffer a mental disturbance (不适). While most people get over it, for others it doesn’t go away easily.
Oct 10 was World Mental Health Day. The theme was “Young People and Mental Health in a Changing World”.
The World Health Organization (WHO) says that about 20 percent of children and teenagers worldwide suffer from mental illness. It’s thought that the number of children and teenagers with mental illness around the world will increase by half by 2020. It will become one of the main causes of diseases, disabilities (残疾) and even death.
In China, the picture isn’t bright, either. About 30 million Chinese children and teenagers under the age of 17, or 10 percent of children and teenagers in China, have a mental health challenge, reported China Daily.

First of all, huge stresses at school put much pressure on teenagers. Apart from study and relationships, bullying is to blame. In addition, the internet is another source of stress. Moreover, for fear that others will think less of them, students are not willing to ask for help, which means adding fuel to the flames.

Discussion
What solutions can you think of to help reduce mental health problems?
Young people:
(1) It is a great way to surround yourself with good and positive people.
(2) Listen to music to relieve stress.
(3) Get support from peers, family, friends and psychology teachers.
Parents: Communicate with children and watch to see if they have a problem.
School:
(1) Set up psychological courses.
(2) Give less homework and organize various activities.

Solutions to the problems
Requirements:
1. Start the paragraph with a topic sentence;
2. Use transitions;
3. No grammatical mistakes;
4. Diversified vocabulary and varied sentence structures;
5. Neat handwriting.
Possible version
   Obviously, measures should be taken to deal with the problems. School can play a big role by preventing bullying and taking greater care of students. For example, lessons on psychological health should be organized. For parents, face-to-face communication might help them understand children’s problems. Last, if you feel that there is something wrong within you, try to accept that you have a problem and treat yourselves with kindness. We should help and appreciate ourselves, shouldn’t we?
