Adults too have jumped on the trend, hoping to relive their childhood. 

2. What are the differences between today’s trampoline parks and the trampolines people played on in the past?

Today’s trampoline parks are bigger, more professional and more creative. There are separate zones for different functions (功能). You can obviously jump, play in the inflatables (充气垫), or dunk basketballs like an NBA superstar. Also, if you’re brave enough, you can learn to walk on the wall or flip (空翻). 

3. What are the advantages of trampolining?

Indeed, a trampoline workout can be beneficial to your health. According to Robert Smith, a British sports therapist, “The trampoline pad (气垫) is bouncy and soaks up (吸收) a large amount of the impact of your landing, so your bones and joints (关节) are protected and strengthened at the same time.”

People are concerned that their right to privacy might be infringed upon by using voice assistants. With the increasing popularity of voice assistants, measures must be taken by tech companies and users to protect people's privacy.

Read the passage again and answer the following questions.

1.What problems might we have when using voice assistants?

Voice assistants might record private conversations and the recordings might be given to third party companies. This would infringe on people's privacy.

2.What might people’s personal data be used for?

Using this data, third party companies could then paint an accurate picture of users’ habits and preferences in order to serve people more targeted advertisements, or even worse, sell this private data.

3.How can we deal with this problem?

The answer to this is transparency. All companies need to explain to customers what they do with private data.

People can change settings and limit how often devices are active in their homes. They should also do some research before buying a device. People should consider what’s being done behind the scenes and ask those holding the keys to help us understand their policies.
