The UNESCO Creative Cities Network
Seven different categories: Crafts and Folk Arts, Design, Film, Gastronomy (美食学), Literature, Media Arts, and Music
The UNESCO Creative Cities Network (UCCN) was created in 2004 to promote cooperation with and among cities that have identified creativity as a strategic factor for sustainable urban development. The 180 cities which currently make up this network work together toward a common objective: placing creativity and cultural industries at the heart of their development plans at the local level and cooperating actively at the international level.
What do the following two cities have in common?

3. What did Jaak Panksepp find in the experiments on rats?
He found that rats had a sense of humor and fun. When being tickled on the neck, they made a chirping sound, which the scientist believed was laughter.
