Are you tech-savvy? How about your parents? And your grandparents?
Do you think it is necessary for the elderly to have a good command of the internet? 
Have you ever been asked for help in using smart technologies? If so, how do you feel about it?

II. Reading for details
Read the article and answer the following questions. 
1. What did the elderly mentioned in the text encounter respectively?
2. What is the current situation regarding elderly people’s ability to use the internet and smart technology? 
3. Why should the elderly learn to use this technology?
4. What has been done or is being done to solve the issue?
