What’s your attitude toward the draft revision of the Law on Physical Culture and Sports?
  As a middle school student, I’m looking forward to it. Firstly, it promotes the national fitness programs, aiming to improve our physical fitness. Secondly, our sports activities can be greatly improved on campus. We can have more chances to work out and strengthen our bodies.

2. Expected to strengthen national fitness programs and better protect athletes’ rights, the draft revision includes 11 chapters and 109 articles, seeing an increase of 55 articles from the original version.
句中expected过去分词和seeing现在分词均作状语，“修订案旨在加强全民健身运动和更好地保护运动员的权利，包括11章109条，与现有的体育法相比增加了55条”。
3.  It’s quite necessary to make it compulsory through the law revision so that the quality and time of school-based sports activities can be guaranteed.
It’s + adj. + to do sth.句首的It 为形式主语，真正的主语是 to make it compulsory through the law revision 。so that引导结果状语从句，句意为“......从而使学校体育活动的质量和时间得以保证”。
