II. Complete the summary of the article.
On Nov 1, the Personal Information Protection Law    (1)    (生效) in China, which has detailed rules to   (2)   (加强保护) of personal information. The law   (3)   (定义) personal information as any kind of information about people who are or can be    (4)   (识别). Some information     (5)     (被视为) “sensitive” information is also listed in the law.

I.1. The law defines personal information as any kind of information about people who are or can be identified, in electronic or other form.
There are also some kinds of personal information that are regarded as "sensitive", such as fingerprints, faces, religious beliefs and so on.

There are more than one billion internet users in our country, and 60 percent of surveyed applications had collected users' information illegally.
2) The terrible results:
-Our personal information may be leaked for the purpose of marketing.
-Our data can be used for much more serious acts, such as communication fraud.

-Raise awareness of protecting personal information.
-Fully understand the requests for personal information. If it's not necessary, don't agree.
-If you find that your personal data has been used illegally, you can report to consumer councils or cyberspace administrations with evidence.
2) For companies or platforms:
-Only handle personal information when there is a specific purpose.
-Observe the law by not collecting users’ excessive personal data.
-Don’t steal or sell personal information.
