The study has warned that there are limits to how smart humans can get, and trying to increase your thinking ability can be risky.
III. Careful reading
What are some of the problems involved in trying to get smarter?

3.There is an upper limit to how much people can or should pay attention.
Q: Can drinking coffee improve your attention span?
