   What is the focus of the passage?
   Key: The Scream by Edvard Munch has become the most expensive artwork ever to be sold at auction.
III.        Sentence Replacement
Which sentence in the passage has the similar meaning to the following one?
The Scream never lost its popularity/has been popular since its appearance 100 years ago.
Key: It’s a scream that still echoes (回响) around the world more than 100 years after it first rang out.
IV.    Translation
   It provides an analogy (类比) for both individual and collective (集体的) experiences of, loss, pain, grief (悲痛), modernity, the body out of control, and existential (现实存在的) struggle.
