Have you read these two stories?
II. Reading
1. What is the similarity between Wonderland and Narnia?
They are both entered through a threshold.
2. Could you describe the place that Thomas enters?
It’s a deadly place where you always have to be on alert to stay alive.
3. Is there a Minotaur (人身牛头怪物) in the maze that Thomas enters?
No.
4. Can the walls of the maze move?
Yes.
5. How do boys try to escape?
They try and find information about how the walls move so they can work out how to break out of their jail.
