The job of restoring things in the Forbidden City has become popular, and the restorers themselves have become internet celebrities.

•They have a peaceful state of mind. People who have this mindset are not likely to seek fame or popularity.

V. Sentence structures
Complex sentences and special sentence patterns
1. It soon became an internet hit – the first episode alone has been watched nearly 1 million times so far on bilibili.com, a video website with an audience that is mostly made up of young people.
•Note: 句中a video website是bilibili.com的同位语,that is…

2. When asked what it was about Masters in Forbidden City that had brought them to the cinema, many of its fans’ answers were the same: the spirit of the craftsman (匠人).
•Note: When asked… When fans were asked…; what it was…that…

3. And it’s not only the job that has become popular – the restorers themselves have become internet celebrities, too.

4. This is exactly what the documentary is about – professional restorers (修复师) in the Forbidden City repairing ancient paintings, calligraphy (书法), clocks and bronze (青铜) pieces.
•Note: 本句破折号前的内容起到承上启下的作用,this指代前文的the spirit of craftsman; what…

5. The fact that many of the restorers are young has also made the documentary popular among young people – it has shown them the possibility of a different lifestyle.
•Note: that…
