各省、市教科院(教研室)、各高中学校:
中国学生发展核心素养已成为当前教育改革的关键,也是高考评价的核心。要将“核心素养”融入到学科教学当中,当务之急在于实现可控、可测、可评的过程评价标准体系与以高考为代表的终结性评价体系的协调统一,切实解决过程评价与终结性评价长期相互割裂的弊病。为此,根据教育部《高中英语课程标准》的指导精神,北京燕大菁华教育将于2016年11月10日-13日在北京举办全国高中英语教学质量评价观摩研讨会,旨在以高中英语阅读教学与交际英语教学为切入点,通过名校名师优质课观摩、说课、专家点评等形式,提高高中英语教师的专业水平和课堂教学质量,提升高考成绩,并最终为国家培养出符合核心素养要求的合格人才。

When you finish high school or university, is learning done? The answer is “no”. In many countries, people continue learning all their lives.
At school, people attend classes and take tests. They think that’s enough, so they stop studying after graduating from school or university. Now we know that it’s not right. With the development of technology and society, we need lifelong learning. Outside the classroom, we also have many ways to get some knowledge. For example, we can go to museums to enjoy some historic things or just stay at home to read books. If you like sporting or traveling, they are all good methods to learn.
Lifelong learning can do good to us. If we study all our lives, we won’t fall behind the time. More importantly, our knowledge will be colorful, and so will our lives.
